How you got your start: My friend John sent me to The Black Tag with my senior thesis collection from Parsons. They hung my clothes on the racks right there and I was hooked.
Best gig so far: Presenting spring 2012 at The Jane and autumn/winter 2012 at the Tribeca Grand. It's the moment when it all comes together and the clothes are finally finished. I hear the music, the hair and makeup comes to life, and all my friends are taking pictures and drinking too much backstage- it's what I live for.
What's next: Finding inspiration for spring 2013 at Coachella this weekend!
