Vanusa Savaris appeared on the runway midway through the Moschino Cheap & Chic show, wearing a canary sweater with the word smile, and that was exactly what the models were doing, clad in bright red lipstick. .

The Spring 2011 collection may as well be coined as the epitome of quirky girlishness. Imagine a slightly more glamourous Audrey Tautou, with the personality to match. Embroidered lavender cardigans and psychedellic prints paired with bohemian headbands, dominated the runway in a vibrant and daring introduction. Rosella Jardini wanted to maintain the playful energy of the collection, so she opted for prosecco and pizza to be served to the attendees. Jardini's collection wasn't all pastels and red lips, black checkered and eyelet dresses looked positively sophisticated and served as the perfect conclusion.

It's so great seeing all the models smiling for once (except #22, who looks like she is giving everyone a death stare). While I don't LOVE a lot of the collection, I really appreciate what Jardini was trying to do here.

Little to funky for me but it was nice to see the smiles come out for once!
