Michael Bastian Showcases Spring Collection Via Film

Michael Bastian continues the trend of short films in fashion with, "A Love Story", to showcase his collection, GANT by Michael Bastian. The film's major theme: 1950's Decadence and romance, sets the stage for the collection's blatant sex appeal. Oh, and there are also a few underwater shots.

The champagne is flowing in the Parisian style hotel room, and the couple is frolicking on the beach- All while wearing Michael Bastian's collection of course. In addition to the short film, Bastian also had a presentation at this year's fashion week, where models posed on a staged, old fashioned movie set. Again, the set was emphasizing the chic, jet-setter lifestyle complete with head scarfs, sunglasses, and tailored suits. Although it would've been nice to see some more risks taken from Bastian, if anything, this collection will make you want to pack your bags and jump on the next flight to anywhere.
